LKS45 Series

LKS45 series MCU is a series of high-end motion control chips for the motor drive market, which can support dual-motor+PFC applications. The integrated instrument level fully differential programmable gain amplifier+differential ADC can process positive and negative signals without voltage bias; Integrated 3-way 2Msps 14bit high-speed ADC, integrated with a voltage reference source of 5‰ of the full temperature range; Integrated 192MHz 32bit RISC core, hardware floating point, integrated DSP instructions, hardware trigonometric function operation completed within 100ns; DMA is also equipped. The working temperature range is -40~105 ℃, and the clock deviation of the internal RC full temperature range is within ±1%. The chip has passed HBM 6KV ESD test, and 15KV non-contact air electrostatic discharge test.
