LKS07 Series

LKS07 series MCU is a high-performance motion control series chip for the motor drive market. The product is positioned to upgrade LKS08 series, but the flash/RAM capacity is larger. The integrated instrument level fully differential programmable gain amplifier+differential ADC can process positive and negative signals without voltage bias; Integrated synchronous dual-sampling 3Msps 12bit high-speed ADC, integrated voltage reference source of 5‰ of the full temperature range; Integrated with 96MHz 32bit MCU+DSP, the independent instruction set DSP can be used as a heterogeneous independent core running program, and the trigonometric function operation and square root operation can be completed within 100ns; Working temperature range: -40~105 ℃. The clock deviation of internal RC in full temperature range is within ±1%. High integration, low BOM cost, rich analog operational amplifier and comparator resources, which can meet the different requirements of single resistance/double resistance/three resistance current sampling topology.
