LKS03 Series

LKS03 series MCU is a compact motion control series chip for the motor drive market. The integrated instrument level fully differential programmable gain amplifier+differential ADC can process positive and negative signals without voltage bias; Integrated 1Msps 12bit ADC, integrated voltage reference source of five thousandths of the full temperature range; Integrated 48MHz 32bit CPU, hardware division within 640ns, square root operation within 320ns; DMA is also equipped. The working temperature range is -40~105℃, and the clock deviation of the internal RC full temperature range is within ±1%. The chip has passed HBM 6KV ESD test, and 15KV non-contact air electrostatic discharge test.
