LKS32MC03X series MCU is a series of compact motor motion control chips launched by Linko for the motor drive market. Highly integrated QFN20 3 * 3 packaged chip can be provided. The chip has built-in driving circuit, which can cooperate with SOT23 packaged MOS to drive the motor. PCB resources and peripheral circuits are simplified. The Rds (on) internal resistance of the SOT23 MOSFET is only a dozen milliohms, which is far less than the hundreds of milliohms of the existing products in the market, with a difference of dozens of times; The heat of that system is greatly reduce, and no additional PCB space is needed to increase heat dissipation, so the PCB area of the scheme can be small than that of a fully integrated scheme.

The LKS32MC03x family of MCUs are the most cost-effective, compact MCUs with the necessary analog and peripheral resources. The module is more refined and has a smaller number of pins, which is widely applicable to lightweight product applications.

      In the application of vacuum cleaner project, the start is reliable and stable, the static start and downwind start are normal, the constant power control is stable, and the speed can reach 200000 rpm.

    In the application of the fan, the downwind start and the upwind start are stably realized, the start is not failed, the start speed is fast, the constant power control is stable, and the current waveform of the hole plugging is stable.

    In the application of electric tool project, the pulse injection method is used to obtain the initial position of the rotor, which is accurate and reliable.      LKS32MC03x series: integrated high precision, low temperature drift high frequency RC clock, internal RC clock deviation within ± 1% over full temperature range. The operating temperature range is -40 ~ 105 ℃, the chip pins are discharged through 6 KV human body model pins, and 15 KV non-contact air electrostatic discharge test is conducted.

The LKS32MC03x integrates a comparator input circuit to build the virtual neutral point of the motor, which directly generates the neutral point voltage internally and directly configures it to the negative terminal of the comparator, eliminating more external components and wiring.
